Concept art practice - The Zichadon

During class we were given the task to design a creature without knowing what it was supposed to be. The only thing we were given was a name. In my case the "Zichadon" turned into a spiky dog-sized predator with features of rats and aardwolves and a vertical mouth expanding down to its chest.
