Sewer creature

Before starting this piece I was looking through old sketches of mine, looking for inspiration. I eventually found a drawing of a zombiefied Rat-human mix and started sketching right away.
I wasnt sure about the background at first, but ended up placing it in a garbage-filled abandoned sewer. But is this monster rat-sized feasting on a human,or human sized eating the scraps of a giant? Who knows!
